Frozen Mango Smoothie

Sunshine in a glass! This Frozen Mango Smoothie has all the happy colors of spring and summer and is perfect for a relaxing day by the pool or thrown together in a flash for on-the-go. It has all the good stuff like frozen mango chunks, bananas, carrots, oat milk, and even a little sprinkle of turmeric! It’s also dairy-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (130 g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1 medium banana
  • ¼ - ½ cup (50 g) carrots
  • 2 cups (495 mL) oat milk
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 cups (150 g) ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
  • Top with fresh mango, blueberries, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, and chia seeds.
  • Serve and enjoy!
