Sweet and satisfying – Mango is great for those warm-weather sweet-tooth cravings because it’s naturally sweet on its own without needing any added sugar and it tastes so refreshing. One cup of mango has 100 calories and 3 grams of fiber, leaving you feeling fuller for longer.

Healthy boost – Mango, banana, carrots, and turmeric pack a nutritional punch. They’re loaded with lots of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to help boost the immune system, temper inflammation, and even aid in digestion.

Blend, pour, and go! – This smoothie is super quick to make so if you’re in a hurry but don’t want to skip out on a healthy breakfast or snack, this has you covered.

How To Make This (Super Easy) Smoothie Recipe

First we’ll grab our ingredients and measure them out.

If you want to swap out the fresh banana for a frozen banana, go for it. Or if you have fresh mango and want to use it up, that can work too.

You’ll be adding ice cubes to thicken this up so depending on how many frozen versus fresh fruits and veggies you add will help you decide how many ice cubes you’ll want to add. It’s all preference so you can’t screw it up I promise!

Oat milk is my go-to smoothie non-dairy milk option because it’s naturally creamy and thicker than most other milk options. I’ve also used vegan creamer (which is a blend of non-dairy milk and coconut cream) for when I want an even creamier, thicker smoothie. So you got options. You do you!

Once you have your ingredients ready to go you are literally 30 seconds away from downing this smoothie. Throw everything in a blender and blend until it’s nice and smooth. Check the thickness with a spoon, if you want a bit more heft to your smoothie throw in a couple more ice cubes. Toppings are really fun to add so feel free to play around with whatever you have on hand. For this one I added mango chunks, blueberries, almond slices, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I leave out the banana if I don’t like them in smoothies?

Yes the banana can be left out. It helps make the smoothie texture more creamy, but this recipe will still work without it. Add another cup on mango to balance out the ingredient ratios.

Can I use non-dairy yogurt instead of oat milk?

Yep. Plain or vanilla flavor would work best. If you happen to have vegan mango yogurt I imagine that would go great as well.

Will I taste the turmeric in the smoothie?

Nope, the mango and banana do most of the flavor lifting in this smoothie. I like to sprinkle turmeric into my smoothies whenever possible to get in the added health benefits.
